How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place My Order?
We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for your catering order; however, you have until 5:00 p.m. the day before your event to place or change an order. We can accommodate same-day orders, but please be advised that menu and delivery choices will be limited. Please contact our catering office at 773.637.1900 for additional information.
Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver throughout the Chicago-land area and suburbs, 7 days a week. Normal delivery hours are 7am – 7pm. After-hours delivery is available at additional cost.
What is The Smallest Catering Order I Can Place?
Our smallest Fiesta Pack is for 10 guests. The smallest à-la-carte tray is 10 servings.
Is There a Minimum Order For Delivery?
We will deliver and set-up any order over $119 with a range of $19 – $30 depending on distance of delivery area and delivery zone.
Will I Need To Heat Anything When My Food Is Delivered?
No, your order is freshly made minutes before delivery and transported in thermally insulated hot-boxes.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. Please note, all payments must be made prior to delivery.
Does “A Serving” Serve One Person?
Not typically, one serving equals one item such a quesadilla, flauta, enchilada, tamale or burrito. In the instances of fajitas, taco bar meats, rice or beans, one serving = a portion of 6 – 8 oz or 1/2 cup.
How Many Tacos Can I Make From A Half Tray Of Meat?
22 – 25 tacos for a half tray and 47- 52 tacos for a full tray.
Do À La Cart Orders Come With All The Trimmings?
No, only corn and flour tortillas. Fiesta Packs come with all the trimmings and place settings.
Do I Get Chafers and Sternos With The Fiesta Packs?
We can provide them at an additional cost of $9.95 per complete set. A Fiesta Pack for 30 guests will typically require 3 sets.
Do You Grill On Site?
Yes, we have a 50-guest minimum for on-site grilling service (taquizas) with a 10 day advance reservation. At the time of reservation there is nonrefundable $100 deposit due. Prices start at $20 per guest. Grilling service is for 2 hours and it includes all the Fiesta Pack trimmings. Set-up fee: $60. Contact our catering office at 773.637.1900 for further details.
How Far In Advance Can I Cancel An Order?
Orders may be cancelled by calling our Catering Hotline (773) 637-1900 at least 1 day prior to the order date. For on-site grilling orders (taquizas) there is a $100 cancellation fee.
Our catering staff will not only deliver food fresh and hot to your home or office but we will also unpack and set up your order buffet style.
All of our restaurants accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment must be made prior to delivery.
